Yes, the app is available for download on iOS App Store and Android Play Store.
Can I use the app on my tablet?
Our app is optimized for iPhones and Android phones at the moment.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored securely on Amazon server in the U.S.
Does the ShiftBOOKD app operate internationally?
Our app is available to users in the United States, for now.
How often do you update and add new features
We are constantly looking to make our app better. Our team is dedicated to providing the best product possible.
What is considered a late cancellation?
A late cancellation happens if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your service.

Referral links
Referring another person to a service provider works properly when the receiver has already downloaded the app. The referral link will take them directly to the service provider’s profile page. If the receiver of the link does not already have the app, the link will prompt them to download and create their account first.

How do I get the money from out of my wallet?
You can click the instant deposit button on your profile page and enter the amount that you would like to deposit into your bank account.
Is there a fee to deposit the money from inside my wallet?
There is a fee of $1 for all instant deposits. The minimum amount that you can deposit is $10. The maximum amount per deposit can not exceed $500. You are allowed to deposit as many times in a day as you need to.
How do I attract new clients?
The fastest way to grow your client list is by collaborating with your loyal clients and other Service Providers. Your Loyalty List will be your greatest asset on our Platform. You can literally grow your client list from 20 clients to 100 clients within 2 months. Make sure you fully complete your profile information and personal bio so clients can easily find you. High Def photography is also attractive to first time clients.
Can I create a custom link to share with my clients?
We will add that feature later with the updates that we have in mind. At this moment, no.
Do I have to confirm appointments?
Premier Appointments require approval. Normal appointments do not require approval. If there is open time slots available, your clients can reserve those spaces manually.
Can I contact my clients through the app?
Yes, you can direct message your clients instantly.
Can I make referral commission even though I am a service provider?
Yes, you can refer clients to any Service Provider on the app. The goal is to help you make money. Feel free to collaborate with as many Service Providers that you feel have the best business etiquette. Service Providers love to get great service also. Let’s Collaborate!
What is the Loyalty List?
The Loyalty List is a list that allows you to reward your favorite clients with residual commission on everyone they refer to you. We call it a COLLABORATION! Everyone wins here.
Can I be on another service provider’s loyalty list?
Yes, Yes, and more YES! Collaborating is the fastest way to grow your brand and bank account.
How many service providers can I collaborate with?
You can collaborate with any Service Provider in the database. Any City. Any State. There is no limit.
Can I sell products through the app?
There is a website Icon on your profile page where you can link your company website to it which will direct them to your website.
Can my clients leave reviews?
Yes, after they check out you will have full control to Rate and Review them.

How do No Show/Late Cancellation policies work?
Service Providers determine if they want to charge a no-show or late cancellation fee to clients who book with them. If you have any questions, you can speak with you service provider directly.
How do Refunds work on ShiftBOOKD?
Your Service Provider has full control in issuing a refund. You should speak with them directly on their policies.
How do I make money using the ShiftBOOKD Platform?
Making money is really simple. Every service provider has a percentage that they are rewarding their clients with when they refer new customers to them. The person that you refer has to use the referral link that you sent to them to book their appointment. Once the checkout and processing time passes, Your commission will be sent to your wallet.
How do I get paid for my referrals?
You refer people by clicking the refer button on the service providers profile page and sending out the referral link. They must use the link to book the appointment and checkout through the app in order to receive the commission.

Is there a fee to deposit my wallet balance into my personal bank account?
There is a fee of $1 for deposits of $10 to $49. The deposit fee for amounts of $50 or more is 2.8%. You can make unlimited deposits per day. The maximum amount per deposit can not exceed $500
Do I receive reminders for my appointments?
You will receive a reminder the day of your appointment.
Do I have to download the app to book an appointment?
Yes. Our app is designed to help service providers and their clients make income. You must have a profile in order to receive commission through your wallet.
If someone offers to buy my time slot, what is the service charge to process the payment?
There is a 2.9% + 0.30 cent processing fee which will be deducted when you deposit your funds into your bank account.
How do I know what percentage my Service Provider offers for referrals?
The referral percentage is located on the service providers profile screen.
How many Services Providers can I collaborate with?
You can collaborate with any service provider in the database. Any city, any state. There is no limit.
