We use this personal data that we collect from you and your clients in order to provide and improve our services, facilitate communication between you and such third parties, and as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy and in our Terms and Conditions. You warrant to ShiftBOOKD that any personal data you provide us about any third party individuals was obtained by you with full consent from such third party, and that such third party has not communicated to you that they wish to opt out of receiving communication from ShiftBOOKD.
ShiftBookd uses the personal data you provide in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy or with any applicable service-specific agreement. If you provide personal data for a certain reason, we may use the personal data in connection with the reason for which it was provided. For instance, we will use the personal data you input during the registration process to administer access to the Website or Application. We may also use the client information you submit to send such clients emails when you take action via the Website to input them or at your direction via the Website. We may also contact your clients to tell them about products and services that you and other ShiftBOOKD professionals may offer and to further promote your business and the Platform. We will give your clients the opportunity to opt out of receiving communications from ShiftBOOKD. ShiftBOOKD and its affiliates also use your and your clients' personal data and other personally non-identifiable information collected through the Website/App to help us improve the content and functionality of the Website/App, to better understand the users of our Website/App, and to improve our services.
· Information about the functionality of the Apps you access and us. This allows us to identify those areas of the Apps that are of interest to our customers, so that we can refine and continuously improve Apps;
· Your devices' unique device identifier ("UID"). Each App send us the device's UID, a sequence of numbers or characters that are unique to your device. We use this often on the first opening of the App so that we can confirm to our advertising networks the number of downloads resulting from clicks of their respective ad banners and other marketing tools. When an email address is provided, we associate this with your UID/cookies ID for the purpose of providing a seamless experience across your devices.
· Information about your current location to suggest relevant and geographically close stylist and service providers. In addition, we information/data provided by your device using GPS or similar technologies - to show you relevant content or other localized information. We do not collect location data unless you expressly use a location-based feature, and you can switch off location data at any time through your phone settings menu.
· Error reporting information. This enables us to investigate the error and to improve the stability of the App for future releases. As part of the error reports, the App send us information about the mobile device type, version. the UID, the time the error occurred, the feature being used and the state of the application when the error occurred. We may use this information to investigate and remediate the error and to assist you in completing the desired function on the App.
You have the ability to control the information an App sends to us. You can access this control by changing the settings of the App under its settings menu or changing the setting of your mobile device. Alternatively, you can remove the App from your device entirely.

device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our .

parties is not covered by this privacy policy. We are not responsible
for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any
third parties, including other websites, services or applications that
may be linked to or from the. You should review the policies of such
third parties and contact them directly to respond to your questions.
7.HOW LONG DATA IS STORED FOR?
ShiftBOOKD will retain your information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, for as long as the account is active (for example, for the lifetime of your ShiftBOOKD account) as described in this policy, or as needed to provide services to you. If you no longer want ShiftBOOKD to use your information to provide the services to you, you may close your account. ShiftBOOKD will retain and us your information to the extent necessary to comply without legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your information to comply with applicable tax/revenue laws), resolve disputes enforce our agreements, and as otherwise described in this policy. In addition, ShitBOOKD may also be required to retain and use your information in order to comply with our own legal obligations. Please note, that closing your account may not free up your email address or username for reuse on a future account. We also retain log files for internal analysis purposes.
